The data were the lesson plan and the text of Bawi Kuwu story. The result showed that the teacher has followed the lesson plan in the teaching and learning process. More, the moral values which students’ can learn from the Bawi Kuwu story analysis are respect to the parents, be patient, religious, honest, obedient, social care, and be humble. For the cultural value, there are ritual ceremony in Kaharingan reliance. The story's character-building are responsibility, hard work, courage, patient, and keep promises. The main cause is Fate. But behind Fate there are certain reasons that are used as cause and effect. Data on divorce cases in Banjarbaru City during 2017 amounted to 444 cases for various reasons. The two reasons for Divorce that get the highest number are leaving a partner and constant disputes / fights. Where the number of cases of continuous disputes / quarrels as many as 303 cases, and leaving one of the parties as many as 86 cases. This study aims to find the cause of divorce associated with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, namely Physiological Needs, Sense of Security, Love/</em><em>Affilated</em><em>, Self-Esteem and Self-Actualization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through interviews with 4 respondents. From the results of the study, it was found that the respondents did not get the motivation to maintain their household. This is closely related to the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 1975 concerning the Implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and Article 19 of Divorce. At this time, education is done by relying on digital technology, smartphones and surfing the internet. This global progress also encourages the importance of digital literacy for teachers and education personnel at madrasas. This study uses a qualitative method by examining and collecting data from literature sources regarding the importance of digital literacy. Then carry out data analysis and discussion as well as taking conclusions and suggestions. The results show that teachers and education staff are education managers who have an obligation to educate students to hone competence and behavior. This is what makes teachers and education personnel have to follow the developments of the 4.0 revolution era through digital literacy at this time. Quality of learning is the ability possessed by educational and training institutions in implementing learning effectively and efficiently, so as to produce high-value benefits for the achievement of predetermined learning objectives. Quality improvement components that take part in its implementation are the appearance of resource persons, mastery of material/curriculum, use of teaching methods, utilization of educational tools/facilities, implementation of learning and evaluation. The problem of widyaiswara in improving the quality of learning is related to the existence of widyaiswara who have less educational qualifications, the professionalism of the resource persons in carrying out their duties is still low, the preparation of the widyaiswara to carry out teaching is not stable, the lack of use of media and learning resources and the low level of innovativeness and creativity teach widyaiswara. To achieve the quality of learning, firstly, the widyaiswara must equip himself with a number of competencies in the field of teaching, both carried out by himself and the development carried out by the coaching agency.
